Did Obama really bow to the king of Saudi Arabia? His supporters say he didn't. I don't think he did either. He just bent over to get close enough to flick out that silver tongue of his and give the king's sandal a quick lick. :D

The bush family polished his uncircumised knob. :)

The Bush family held his hand (for like hours walking) and kissed him on his lips. There's plenty of stock video of the rendezvous with the Bush's and the King... I wouldn't go there VF.

It is typical though, Obama had a very successful trip that has brought the world togther a little closer and all his critics can do is like wait and cherry pick little moments.

I bet you are one of the ones that got exacerbated when Michele hugged Queen Liz too....

get your priorities straight... pointing out every breathe the man takes is petty, VF and stinks of "sour grapes"..

He is your president too... be proud of him, he handled himself very well on the whole trip.

In heyhey's world its fine to rip on the Republicans, but try the reverse and you are resorting to "sour grapes".

Yeah, I don't know why the Dems are so adamant that Obama didn't bow. They don't have any problem with his groveling and licking the boots of the other G-20 members telling them what bad people Americans are. He acts like he's embarrassed to be the leader of the strongest country in the world. No other leaders ran down their country like he did and several of them have a lot more reason to than he does. If he's ashamed of this country why did he work so hard to become the president? As the leader of this country, he's an embarrassment. In the dog world, there are leaders and followers. Obama's a follower. He let's Reid and Pelosi tell him what to do and now he's letting the rest of the world tell him what to do. I hope the Dems are proud of what they've elected. I'm sure not.

Successful?? How much treasure and troops did he garner to help us fight the Al Kaida, the Taliban & Jihadism?
Closer together?? While he's talking nuclear disarmament, N. Korea is launching intercontinental ballistic missiles.

He was successful is showing the entire world that we are now a sweeter, weaker, not so super power as in the past.

How's it going girl?

Let's see, Michelle hugged the Queen of England like they were a couple of long lost sorority sisters and Obama curtseyed to the King of Saudi Arabia. What's the big deal? It's just a couple black people who don't know how to act out in public. Boy, that's something you never see. :D

It was refreshing to see a U.S. President handle himself in a manner that befits the office.

Contrast this with Bush’s habit of putting his foot in his mouth every time he opened it. Under Bush, one would cringe every time he spoke, expecting some sort of gaffe. And Bush always delivered. He really knew how to act in public! Remember the surprise neck massage he gave to German Chancellor Merkel? What was that all about? And who could ever forget, “Yo Blair”! What a dumb ass he was. To think I once voted for that dumb shit...

Thats the oldest distraction in the world...."Well, what about Bush!"...yada yada yada. Well Bush is no longer President in case you had not noticed. Your also effectively saying that two wrongs make it right.

Ask any Brit....you don't even think about touching the Queen.

Maybe the Obama's need to hire a person who understands international courtesies and formalities....these are not fucking deep south barbecues they are attending where its okay to go out and walk behind a tree to take a piss.

I was so embarrassed for the Obama's...giving away 25 movies on DVD! On top of that a region one (USA) DVD format will not play on a region two (Great Britain) DVD player. Morons! Yet one more Obama gaffe the mainstream press has chosen to ignore.

You must have really enjoyed the last 8 years.

"Ask any Brit....you don't even think about touching the Queen."

Let me get this straight; you were offended that Obama's wife touched the Queen? Are you a Brit?

But you're right about one thing; the Queens gift to Obama was much better: an autographed photo of herself.

So you'd rather see a president who walks around with one foot in a bucket all the time? He's made such great political decisions and appointments so far. But you knew that, right?

With everything that is going on in this country and around the world this is what people are crying about? I don't like Obama much but the bow is something I could care less about, their are more important things to worry about. People need to grow up. All presidents do stupid things and make mistakes, it's apart of being human.

Nice spin on words Mr. Lawyer. The answer is no and no. Nice try with the implications from those questions.

I'm with you eagle. I don't give a shit if he bowed or not, but evidently the administration thinks it a big deal, or they wouldn't be lying about it.

its going good :). thanks for asking. this girl will be aok. My AC went out today in my house so I had symtpmos because it was so hot, but it's all fixed and I'm all better. going back in for tests Sunday night, just an overnight stay in the hospital.

anyway...

you hit the nail on the head.

The reason this is being made a big deal is exactly what you joked about... "the black couple doesn't understand sophisticated white mans ettiquite, ghetto people don't get it"

people keep forgetting though that particular black couple is immensley more cultured and educated then the vast majority of Americans .. but this whole debate has racial undertones. of course many here will deny I, but it's true... cmon you can't see that?

I'm with Ron a couple of procedural gaffes is far better then a constant foot in the mouth syndrome and actually trying to sound like a simpleton like our last man did. It is refreshing to see an highly intelligent, articulate man for a change as leader of the free world... anything else makes you wonder about our progression as a species.

Yes, but you have to realize that the job of foot-in-the-mouth was already taken. Joe Biden jumped in and snapped up that job. That only left the foot-in-the-bucket slot open for Obama. :D
