I usually enjoy poking fun at liberals when it's just about political points of view. It's entertaining. But when it comes to the death of Americans because of liberal lunacy, I can't find any entertainment in it. Liberals are more concerned with Gitmo prisoners having prayer mats and knowing the precise direction of Mecca than they are in the safety of their friends and family. The reason they don't care about homeland security is because they have the same out look as Jeremiah Wright. They believe attacks on this country are deserved and merely chickens coming home to roost. They are too stupid to realize jihadists would cut off the head of a liberal just as quickly at they did Daniel Pearl (http://www.aliennationreport.com/pg5.html) the journalist. Go ahead and click on the video and watch him having his head cut off. That should be worth a good laugh. Liberals can laugh and call it being Chicken Little but you can bet Daniel Pearl's widow and family aren't laughing. So, laugh on liberals. Just hope you don't meet one of these madmen some day with a pocket knife in his hand.

If only we were nice to them...they would like us in return. Its all Bushes fault they hate us.
The reality is the only way we are going to get along is if we become Muslims. That religion does not allow for the acceptance of other religions. You're either a Muslim or your a pig...thats it. That religion fits definition of religious intolerance.
Maybe I should post some links to videos of some of those beheadings? They are pretty gruesome though. Maybe a lib or two would learn that we do indeed have enemies out there?
I contracted for some time. My best worker was from Iran. He asked for time to pray and he asked which way was East. I pointed East but told him if Mecca was his target then pray about 5 degrees south of exact east.

Bob,
Mecca bears about 045 degrees True from the geographic center of Texas, right through Michigan and Newfoundland. What you told him is completely wrong. Now he is going to go to Mecca Hell and have to eat pork every day rather than getting his 72 virgins. Nice going!...you wrecked his afterlife. Perhaps all is not lost if Allah gives extra credit for trying?
Put a string on a globe between Mecca (Makkah), Saudi Arabia and Texas or verify this on Google Earth by running a line. What you forgot is a great circle route on a Mercator chart is the shortest route and the most direct line, between two points. The Earth though, isn't a Mercator chart. Next time, use a Gnomonic chart before you wreck someone elses afterlife. :)

How full of shit can you get? A straight line through the earth would be always a straight line. Oh im ready for the gravity distortion reply. Eat me.
I am not in Texas in LA. I did not say latitude or longitude degrees. Considering the fact Mecca was not directly east a slight look right of dead east was an honest suggestion that put a big smile on his face. I don’t believe in god but respect all that do.

Since when do Muslims pray through the Earth towards Mecca? Never.
Ok, your not in Texas. Even if you are in LA, Mecca is still Northeast from LA.
Face it Bob, you're wrong again. :)
Most humor goes right over your head doesn't it? No wonder you people like Bill Maher. Leftist political humor is the only thing that is funny too you.
I put a fucking string on the globe. 15 degrees would be a better estimate.
I made a better guess that straight East.
Wow you have no hope.
Do you pray to your god straight up or straight down.
From my perspective your god is shit and his too. I can prove it better that he does not exist. Why play?

Your string was obviously not pulled straight. You have to PULL it tight Bob. Then look at then look at the angle from true north OVER LA

Ok lets play. From east to south (agreed direction) a head width is about 4.
Doing 10% is enough. Possibly your head is small and 2 clicks is needed.

Bob,
Your case is even worse now, going from LA to Mecca. The bearing from LA is now 23.35 degrees True.
Just go on Google Earth and look for yourself...its not going to lie for me in my favor...I promise. No need to worry about a big evil corporation like Google conspiring against you here. Use the ruler function at the top and draw a line for yourself. Your answer will be in the ruler box in both degrees and distance. If you can't figure this out then you might as well stop walking around your neighborhood because you might get lost. :)
Here is a big hint. If two countries are on nearly opposite sides of the globe, longitude wise and both north of the equator, then which is the shortest route between the two countries? The answer is not going to be south or anywhere near south....or anywhere near east. The answer is going to be north or pretty close to it...depending on how close your location is to that countries reciprocal longitude. For two countries in the northern hemisphere, if your city had the reciprocal longitude of the other city, then your bearing to that other country would be directly over the North Pole. That's the case here....Mecca is near to being a reciprocal location to LA. Its a 24 degree difference in fact.
Here is the math...hopefully this explains it. Mecca is 038 degrees east. LA is 118 degrees west. 38 plus 118 is 156 degrees. Half-way around the worlds is 180 degrees. Subtract 180 from 158 and you get 24 degrees. Therefore Meccas reciprocal longitude is only 24 degrees away (west) from LA's longitude...meaning the bearing from LA towards Mecca is going to be closest to the Cardinal point of North...not closer to any of the other Cardinal points.
I have two words for you guys to try and end this: general direction.
And I think the point is that bob probably made the guy appreciate him and work a little a little harder because he took the interest to point him in the right (general) direction.
Let it go.

Im sure his widow doesnt want all of us watching his beheading. I will respect her and him and not propogate that like you are trying to do to make a partisan point.
Pearl wrote for the WSJ but he was a LIBERAL.
and guess what?
he wasn't killed in Iraq he was killed in Pakistan where bush took his eye off the ball with his chiken little comments warnings asbout Iraq to geet us into a completely unneeded and unjsutified war... that made our war on terror harder not easier... .. when we should have been concentrating on afghanastan and pakistan all the time.

Considering I come from the US I figured I did well. Kuch that is exactly what and why it happened. I will also say he was the best worker I have ever seen and that includes all I knew from starting running PC8088 to routers on the internet.

What a cop out, you're going to show respect to someone you don't even know and doesn't know you. You liberals like your discussions about terrorist killings kept theoretical and impersonal. You can't stand it when it's brought down on a real and personal level. Where's your Chicken Little witty remarks, lotte sucker? Who are you going to blame when Panetta drops the ball and more Americans die? When the Gitmo prisoners get moved I hope their baggage doesn't get lost or the "mental anguish" it will cause them will get somebody put in jail for torture.
