China: Did Clinton make a phone call?

I bet if Bush asked Clinton (an apology from the republican party may be in order too) to make a phone call this would be over. ;)

Clinton was such good friends with China because of his giving nature. He has given them our technology and many other secrets. I would hate to think what he would give them for this. An apology to Clinton would be like an apology to China. We would be apologizing to him for mistakes that he made. I don't think so.
