I hear on the news that he did not talk and now I hear he does not have to talk.

"According to Article 17, prisoners of war are not required to divulge anything more than their name, rank, date of birth and serial number, and may not be threatened, insulted or exposed to unpleasant or disadvantageous treatment to force more information from them."
But I also hear we found "papers" that have a wealth of information - when we found Saddam.
The advantage of doing it this way is clear.
Saddam talks but bush says he did not talk.
Saddam rats on everyone but does not have to admit it.
The WOMD questions can no longer be asked of Saddam so those that think they exist can still believe.
