Do we see a pattern here? Remember the last time a country rejected a UN resolution to take out a leader?
What I'm wondering is, just how deep does the US have their fingers into the drive to get Arafat out and/or how much support has the US promised Isreal for making such a bold effort.
The US does not want to see him killed.
bush started the war on terror and went after Osama directly. That was good. But going after Saddam was a mistake in policy. Now the moral door is open to Israel to do the same and they are doing just that.
Now if Israel kills Arofat all the Arab countries will be outraged and the US will be at fault from their perspective.
Its odd anyone cares because no country wants the Semites - weather the be Jewish or Muslim.
The person that deserves to be killed is one that made the butterfly ballot in Florida that unjustly gave the election to bush.

Its funny how you blame the designer of a piece of paper instead of those voters who were apparently too stupid to figure it out.
The US does not want Arafat killed because the career diplomats in our gov't are afraid of upsetting the status quo and sparking a larger conflict. My viewpoint is that the status quo is unacceptable and therefore the one item which has been static through this whole thing - Arafat - should be removed.
BTW, many of those butterfly ballots that were messed up were messed up by jewish voters. ;)
bush is polling the "career diplomats" and comming to an opposite decision - LOL

People don't sign their ballots in Florida bob, so I think you're sadly/badly mistaken. Believe what your fucked-up mind tells you however.
Whether jew, black, hispanic, etc., if they couldn't figure out where to make their "punch", they don't deserve to have a vote.
BTW... any "wrong" voting is pure supposition. 4 years ago PB County also went very strongly for Buchanan.
I remember the interview with Buchanan when he admitted the votes by Jewish holocaust survivors were probably mistaken votes caused by the ballot.
You should think more before you attack me - or wait until after 11pm PT when I may be tired enough to make a mistake. ;)

Ok.. wait till whenever it suits you to believe it.
Q: Was it the butterfly ballots that violated Florida law and tricked more than 20,000 Democrats to vote for Buchanan or both Gore and Buchanan?
A: Nope. The Supreme Court has no problem believing that Buchanan got his highest, best support in a precinct consisting of a Jewish old age home with Holocaust survivors, who apparently have changed their mind about Hitler.
From a VERY VERY VERY funny page I just found to dispute WJ.

You're right.. it's very funny, but hardly proof of anything. In fact the very first question/answer is a complete fallacy, and everything that follows is based on it.A: Sure. I'm a lawyer. I read it. It says Bush wins, even if Gore got the most votes.Every count taken subsequent to the vote shows Bush to be the winner... even that of the very left-leaning Miami Herald.
Hey bob.. think of it this way... Gore didn't really lose - he came in a close SECOND! :D
God dam you are a grunt. I tell you I heard the interview with PukeCannon admitting he should not have gotten Jewish votes and post a site that confirms that is an issue and you still don’t shrivel up like a 5-year boy drowning when the Titanic sunk.
The possible term to explain you is Chicken-Shit. :p

Psst.. you're close, but the proper term is WINNER!
I am sure you consider yourself a <font size="4"><b><font color="red">WINNOWER!</font></b></font></font> but are just the <font size="4"><b><font color="red">CHAFF!</font></b></font></font>

WTF does this have to do with Irsael and Arafat?
:(
Asked, answered, and agreed uponin the first few posts. Try a harder topic. ;)
Just because a thread is over there is no rule keeping it from evolveing into a new debate. If the righties disagree then they can debate. Note their silence.
