A man goes to his doctor claiming that he keeps having these gigantic farts that he has no controll over.
"Tell me about these farts; are they unusually smelly?" queried the doc.
That's the weird part. They don't smell at all," replied the man.
"So they just come totally unexpected and have no smell whatsoever?"
"Yes, doc. Is there anything you can do for me?"
"Let me take a look." said the doctor, and started to examine the man when a humungous burst of air and sound exploded from the man's rear end, bringing the doctor to his knees.
"See doc, they don't smell at all." Is there anything you can do?
"I can see that surgery will be necessary." the doctor said, slowly rising to his feet.
"On my stomach?" queried the man.
"No." the doctor said, shaking his head. "On your nose!"
